Resolved: Excellent response and addressed my issues
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Contacted and able to reestablish cordial communications.
I apologize for not submitting an update sooner. Yes Reliable contacted me approx 2 days later.
Things were handled quickly and efficiently. For a bit i was worried but since their contact things are much better

C’mon.. The pandemic wasn’t a thing in February and you know it. You sound like a serial dead beat who ran out of excuses.
So, you didn’t want to prosecute because?? Sounds like you know who did it but don’t want them to get in trouble.
